Whether your symptoms are a physical or psychological they are still symptoms and will make you feel uncomfortable at the very least.

Detoxification is removing the harmful chemicals that are trapped inside your body. Every time you take a breath of air you are inhaling toxins. Every time you take a bite of food you are eating toxins. No matter what you do in this life there are toxic consequences for your body. In most cases our bodies have natural defenses that are good enough to cope.

Of course, some things we do allow more toxins into our body that others. Consuming alcohol or taking drugs or smoking cigarettes, all these things push vastly more toxins into your body than you would otherwise have. Prevention is better than cure, so don’t consume these products in the first place.

It’s an easy thing to say about smoking cigarettes. Everyone knows there are bad for you, and I don’t think anyone could give any benefits to smoking.

The same cannot be said for alcohol and drugs. Some people will say alcohol and drugs are bad for you and there is no positive benefit to using either. Other people will give you a list as long as there arms about the benefits they get for taking drugs or using alcohol.
